Hi there,

When replacing the screen on an iphone 2 - iphone 7 plus you do not need a programmer. On an iphone 8 and up the true tone won't work without reprogramming. Changing the battery isn't an issue, however, on newer iphones you get a warning message saying the battery isn't original ( displayed for original batteries also)
