Why it didn’t shoot with AF on?

My EOS 30D didn’t shoot with AF on. [br]

First trigger in AF works good.

With manual focus it fires.

without lens , the camera shoots without problems.

if I change the lens , nothing change.

I think the problem is in the camera and not in the lens.

can you help me?
