It wont have a factory reset as such as Windows 10 was NOT installed at the factory.

But you can do it from a USB flash drive as follows:

* Download the Windows 10  “MediaCreationTool” and make a bootable USB flash drive.

I believe pressing  <F12> (don’t type the angle brackets) during powering on brings up the boot menu for Dell/Alienware .
