Cuisinart CBK-200 spindle damaged and stuck.

I need help to remove the non-functioning spindle. It would be nice to source a replacement spindle with the seal, gasket and clips necessary. Forgoing replacement, I will seal the hole and use the pan for baking. TIA fer yer thots.
