Why is my time changing everytime

I live in Pakistan and I have galaxy a3 2016 but for 4 days it’s changing time and whenever I set the correct time, it changes and increases 5-9 minutes.

whenever I click on automatic date and time option it changes its time more than 3 hours or more. please find me a solution.
