Not sure if it is the same for a HP Envy 5530e but looking at this image in the ifixit [guide|105173] guide, the model number for the power supply is ''A9T80-60008''.

When searching online using the model number ''only,'' there are results for suppliers. [https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32897036435.html|Here] is just one to give you an idea of the cost.
If the model number of the power supply is different for your particular model then search online using its’ model number to hopefully find suppliers that suit you.
