Hey guys

I am having the same problem

I tried Home, Lock, Volume Down and it asked regarding the OS.

I confirmed yes and it said OS is downloading, do not turn off target.

Its been stuck on that screen for the past 2 hours.

Any more ideas guys? I do not want to take for repairs as it will wipe all my data.

I have not backed up anything
