there is electrical  current between the chassis and my stainless sink.

I prefer waking up with a good coffee than an electric shock but it fills the purpose I guess.

Still, why does it occur? Can I prevent?

There are no loose wires. The thing is 2 years old + 1 month so outside guarantee.
