@wadee I am sure you already determined that schematics are pretty much unavailable. I went ahead and did a few things to one of my old boards. First, the reference designator Q2 would be used for a transistor. Next I checked for markings under my microscope and on top of the component it shows sPA. I then went ahead and measured the length and width of the component. It came to 3mm x 1.7mm which, given my calipers error of ~0.1mm and the 6 “legs” of the component, comes to a PG-TSOP6-6-6 package. Now a quick database search shows that this component “could” be a '''BSL207SP'''  MOSFET P-CH 20V 6A 6-TSOP  transistor. I would have no problem in giving that a try.
