Hello I have an issue with my Sony TV model KD-49XE8396 After turning it on this morning and nothing happened I noticed a green an amber light flashing underneath. After following the Sony factory reset on there trouble shooting guild I ended up with a large multi coloured circle in the middle of the screen. So I left the TV off all day. Now if I try a reset I just get a green light at the bottom and no Sony logo or large circle on screen, it just stays blank. I think has tried to do an update from what I can gather after googling my problem. please help.
