William O. Make sure ice maker is turned on. It can take up to 48 hrs for it to produce ice. If the temperature at the i/m isn’t below 9*f it will not advance. Dirty coils underneath the refrigerator can raise the temperature above 9*f.  Clean the coils at least once a year.

If the temperature is below 9*f and it cycled and filled, and it has been two days and your sure it is turned on, and still no ice, I’d say that you have a bad ice maker.
