Have you checked that ''both the power supplies'' to the radio have power?
-Here’s an image of the connections to your model showing that there is two power feeds to the radio, one from the ignition key circuit and the other a direct feed to the radio via a fuse.

You may have to locate the fuse and check and if they’re OK make sure that power is on the red and yellow wires of the radio wiring harness.

If it is OK to there then the radio will have to be opened and further inspected.
