same problem occurred to me during restore process. after extracting file msg, the waiting for ipad message appear and the USB IPAD is gone in device manager windows 10 EOM fully updated. then w8ting for a several minutes error 4005 appears.

my ipad 4 is gone cannot be used just because of the stupid mandatory update i dont need. fhuck APPLE.
