@snakepliskin replacement parts are officially not available. You can try and purchase another one of these (this time with the top cannon but maybe find a broken one) and harvest it from there. Otherwise the only other way I can think off, is to find someone that could do a 3D print for you as a replacement. You would have to get the design right etc.
