Car turns over but will not start.

My 1996 Camry will not start. It’s a 3.0 v6. It gets fuel to the fuel rail, spark to the spark plugs, and the fuel injectors have a pulse.  Timing belt turns and has tension.   Battery holder sparked between battery posts and not sure what else to check.
