Problem solved by removing grounds tray and cleaning residual grounds from behind vertical grounds trap door. Use your fingers. Then remove water tank, remove filter, refill water tank with max hot tap water, replace water tank with hot water, replace clean grounds tray and run rinse coffee system, Followed by brew coffee with same hot water and NO filter. Water flow and normal function did return. Remaining Hot water was poured out of tank, filter placed back in tank and Tank filled with cold water.  Tank reinstalled then “Replace filter” cycle was run with old filter in place only to run filter rinse cycle.  After all this I am Back to normal coffee brewing!!
