Open it back up and make sure the display connector has a good connection. If you purchased from a reputable supplier you should be able to file a warranty claim so long as there isn’t any physical damage to the display. You will have to send back the defective unit and either wait for them to RMA it or bite the bullet and order another one then wait for the credit.
