You have a premium phone that cost a thousand plus dollars when it was new and there’s a reason for that and apple certainly didn’t use cheap parts to make it. Because that phone uses an OLED panel, glass only repair on them is near impossible without thousands of dollars in special tools you’d be better off replacing the whole screen assembly like every other cellphone repair shop would do, such as myself. It’s unfortunate that you broke your device but by trying to cheap out on the repair isn’t going to make it any better. However, you can do the repair yourself and if you really don’t want to pay a whole lot to fix it, you could order an LCD replacement screen rather than an OLED. But there are a few caveats to using an LCD. It has increased energy draw compared to OLED, which can impact battery life and you do run the risk of damaging the display connector because it’s not designed to handle such a high current draw. You can order them from mobile sentrix for around $85 plus shipping and tax but it doesn’t include tools.
