Hdmi NO SIGNAL / keyboard /mouse not connecting /no fan noise

Hello ,
Mac pro 2013 till yesterday night was working properly, last night I powered off everything gone normal, got powered off,
next day when i turned it ON so the first message on tv through Hdmi No Signal and black screen , i powered off then restart several times but got the same result,
then I realised that it’s not even connecting to the Wire keyboard because it’s not showing lights , and no fan noise at start up, but all the white lights on the back panel are lightened but no fan noise even on start up.
then tried remove ssd and powered on but nothing going, external ssd connect through usb but also no response because even the light on ssd doesn’t go on,
please let me know that it’s power supply or cmos or something else ?
and how can I fix it?
