Fluke 187 Function issues

Hello, we have a Fluke 187 multi meter that tests AC voltage accurately but does not measure DC volts (2.3 VDC from a 12 volt battery) and reads “open” when testing resistors.

I have verified the DC and Ohm measurements with two other meters. Batteries and fuses seem to be okay.
