It took nearly 2 years for me to fix this issue myself. Neither Google, or any repair shop were of any real help. I found through vigorous forum searching that I could order a replacement screen on Aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000400520350.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dnuHlDG.
Seems there is only 1 version of this hub as there were no revisions specified. I took a chance, and ordered it for around $25. It took almost 3 months to get here, but I’m assuming because of the pandemic. The LCD comes with face plate and LCD. The digitizer is connected to the actual hub, which is a ribbon cable connected to the LCD on the left middle side. You will need either a heat gun, heating pad, or blow dryer to loosen up the adhesive. Take a flat spudger and work the adhesive out. Once you loosen the adhesive you can literally pry it off with little regard for the LCD since you have a replacement. The replacement is straightforward. I posted pictures, and videos for reference. Good luck.
