Charging port not working?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello, I’ve gone through the answers in this site but I didn’t see any relevant cases.
The thing is, I connect the charger and the device won’t turn on, with or without battery. I know for a fact that:
* The battery is okay, it’s charging in another device.
* The device turns on if a charged battery is pressed against the pins and works as usual (I’ve tried both the original battery after charging it and another one).
* The adapter is okay, because it’s charging another device.
+
This makes me think the problem may lie on the charging port itself, are there any fixes for this? I’ve managed to dismantle the device but I see no apparent damage (Not that I’m an expert of any kind at this anyway).
