@tigershark125 going by your description it appears that this is “only” a delamination. IT won’t have stretched it so you can reuse it. You may even find that some sort of adhesive (OCA/LOCA) could minimize the effect of the delamination. Post some images of what you are looking at, with your QUESTION.
