my trunk/boot of my BMW 740li 2015 wouldnt close on my dash as the boot is open but its actually closed so i took a look at the lock and found like a melted plastic so i connected the small metal together with a thin wire and closed it and the light on the dash went off but now even if i open my truck the light doesnt turn on as the trunk is open so is it a fuze or is it something like a cutout or chould i buy a new look? + new look is for 400$
