Ninja not turning on despite all the attachments seated properly.

My blender is having some issues. I put the cup on or the 72 ounce jumbo container on it, and I press the button and the power button flashes red. I checked, and every single time the lids ARE seated properly and everything Is screwed in tight and right. Before this happened, the blender worked for about 5 seconds, then had this problem. Before this happened as well, I cleaned the area where the cup sits in with a damp paper towel. I tried all of the attachments, all are having the same issue. I even switched outlets, and it is still having the same issues. What could be wrong with it and how can I fix it?
