Hello! I recently tried to reset my asus vivobook to factory settings and it was been stuck on 64% for more than 20 hours - it keeps displaying the asus titlepage, then loads until it flashes the 64% for less than a second, and I can’t work out how to stop the cycle. I don’t care about recovering previous versions of the computer or anything like that, I just want it completely wiped - I know very little about windows OS and computers in general so any and all advice would be HUGELY appreciated!!
