So this all started with two of my JBL E45BT's left sides not working.The first one(I got as a gift)failed a few weeks ago but I didn't bother as the muffs were sticky and the second one(The one I bought) was fine. The left earpiece failed on the second one today and after analysing the whole thing and taking it apart I have found the problem.The wire connecting the two cups where the cup bends has given up due to strain, and will need to be resoldered.In order to do so I will need to disassemble the headband. How can I go about it? Any better method to fix this will also be appreciated!
