How to decrease the opening force in GEZE TS 5000 beyond min setting

I have a new GEZE TS 5000 and I have backed the “force” adjustment all the way (it shows 2 on scale from 2-6). However, the force is still too strong for application - inside doors in a pediatric office. So the questions is if there is a way to disassemble the unit and adjust the spring, perhaps shorten it? Thanks.
