I bought a replacement camera for my Samsung S9+ because the camera glass shattered and scratched the camera lenses.
after swapping the camera for one I bought from Ifixit it no longer shows up and when I open the camera app it comes up with a warning and quits the app
other camera apps can use the front facing camera but not the rear one that I swapped
is this a hardware issue or do I need to tell it that there is a new device
I have already opened it back up and reconnected it and then performed a factory reset to no result.
