Anyone know where the motion sensor is located?

I noticed that after doing a teardown to clean the front buttons and d-pad, the motion controls are no longer working.

Anyone knows where the motion control sensor/gyro is located on the controller and what might be wrong?

I am unsure if this happened because of the teardown or just if I noticed it because of the testing after.
