The spray ''may'' leave a conductive residue (I don’t know if it will or not but play it safe) so the radio will have to be disassembled and the spray residue needs to be cleaned away using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available at electronics parts stores). Also if it is coating the laser lens this will prevent the CD’s from being read properly when they’re inserted, so it will have to be ''gently'' cleaned as well.
Here’s the ifixit [[Electronics Water Damage]] guide that shows what liquids can do to electronics and what to do when it has.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find a teardown guide for the radio online but here’s a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eN47UFnCtmI|video] that shows the internal components so at least you have an idea what it may look like inside.
-Also the ifixit https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Insignia_NS-BCDCAS1 guide may help as well
