Laptop Battery Abnormal (I have replaced it twice)

My laptop battery meter and battery report is abnormal. If laptop’s battery is 70 then suddenly it falls at 30 and and after some minutes laptop shuts down. and also laptop battery auto increases automatically without charging if it is 50 it automatically becomes 57 or more.
And also when my laptops get heats up it drains battery and at that time I turn off my laptop and let it cool in Air Conditioner and laptop battery gets back at the normal level in cool temperature.
I was facing this same issue in the month of June 2020 I replaced the old battery with the new one but after 1 month there is the same issue.
I think so it is motherboard problem isn’t it?
It is Haier Y11C No fan System
