Does anyone have this UPS or its schematic and can tell me what the values of Q2 and D13 on its main board should be?

The board is marked as 2U3K 640-3080_REV04. These are the switches for RY3 (relay).

These parts got destroyed, likely due to the faulty battery (that I’ve now recycled) so I can no longer read their values.
