Try installing the latest Asus [https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/Q504UA/HelpDesk_Download/|ATK Package]  drivers and check if that resolves the problem.

If they won’t install, uninstall the ATK Package drivers already installed (go to ''Control Panel > Programs and Features'') and then reinstall them again.
