Hello. I have a *functionally brand new* SX730 HS. ''NOT'' the SX710. I fix it does not list the 730 HS for some reason.
Anyway, I received this camera as a gift in January 2019. I used it once, then went to school and it sat in storage. Today I tried to get it out and use it, and it is completely unresponsive. I charged the battery, and it was still unresponsive; bought a new battery and charger; same thing .
The only response I can get is when I plug it into a computer for usb charging. The Red/Green led & screen blink on for a fraction of a second, then it goes back to being unresponsive. Any idea what is going wrong?
