After noticing that the problem seemed to be related to my windows computer and not printing from iPad am trying this fix. I found.just changed

also make sure the print driver installed on the users computer is using a TCP based port. Many of these printers like to create a WSD port even though you select TCP during setup. WSD is horrible for just stopping and not working on its own
