Most likely 3-4 clutch is toast.  No TV adjustment will fix that.   Even with TV unhooked it should still have 3rd and 4th. They will be extremely soft shifts and I highly recommend NOT doing this but still.

The 3-4 clutch is bad about burning up.  Its at the top of the aluminum housing on the input shaft.
