Will the 700r4 speedo gear cause it to not shift out of first. Adjusted tv cable and put in new governor. Will manual shift into gear. You can hear it click into each gear when shifting from park to 1st. Goes into P N R D 1 L. Never slipped and bo hard shift. Was driving the stopped to put fuel in and stopped shifting speedo hasn't worked since I have had truck but could that cause an issue with the signals of the transmission to shift properly?
