Partial loss of picture on bottom third of screen after dropping

I have dropped my Galaxy J5 SMJ530F version and now the bottom hird of the screen is black with lots of fine green lines - I have tried rebooting and resetting but nothing works, is there anything else I an try or do I need a new screen?
