Since the camera can still take pictures, store them and download them OK it seems as though the fall has either loosened the [https://www.ebay.com/itm/Nikon-D3200-Camera-LCD-Display-Screen-Monitor-Replacement-Repair-Part-OEM-/361468679402|LCD screen] flex cable connection to the motherboard or the more likely has damaged the screen. LCD screens cannot be repaired, they have to be replaced. The supplier link is only to show the cost of the part. Just search online for ''Nikon D3200 LCD screen'' to find suppliers that suit you.
