Problem solved. Bluetooth antennae located under passive driver with a sticker attaching it to the outer cylinder (labelled Flip 3 SE-V1). De-soldered sticker end, separated coaxial sheath from internal wire, attached 50 ohm resistor between the two (soldered) to create circuit and hopefully absorb the signal. Wrapped resistor and wire in insulation tape, then wrapped all of it in aluminium foil (to allow it to earth/faraday) and then wrapped all of it in insulation tape and tucked it back in. Output signal is supposed to be 2.5 mW, it is now 10 to the -9 mW = minimal. Note device wouldn’t work until plugged into charge, likely battery sensor issue.
