It is not related to power button. It is related to a specific application that makes the operating system think the power button as a restart button. Try to open the phone in secure mode (press and hold power button then in the menu press and hold the power off section then select “restart in secure mode”. You will see the phone’s power button does not restart the phone anymore. It is because of a software issue not hardware.
