USB C Port Charges only one side

USB C port on my pixel 3 behaving wierd. It charges only one side on any USB C cable. Replaced the USB C internal module with the flex cable. Still the problem persists. So the problem doesnt seem to be on the usb c port. [br]

Examined the flex cable socket for any issues, seems fine. [br]

Any suggestions for next trouble shooting step?
