I have a Sonos Play 5 Gen 1, no sound coming through the speaker, but you can hear it fine when plugging in headphones to the jack in the back, so clearly something is wrong, and I am wondering if fixable. I called Sonos and of course they said its dead and I need to upgrade, what a shocker ! I live in San Diego and would need to take to someone who can repair. Thx.
