MBA No longer turning on.

So I purchased a mid 2013 MBA that was running slow - popped it open and found the ribbon cable on the trackpad to have corrosion. Cleaned it off, reseated everything and she booted right up and was no longer slow or high fan speeds. Installed Catalina, restored from TM backup and everything was great! Ran perfect!

Shut her down for the night…. and no longer turning back on. (this wasn’t an issue prior to cleaning corrosion)

Tried all the resets - (magsafe changes when doing the SMC, so I know the powerbutton works) It charges normally (turns green after being plugged in for awhile, had a full charge at time of shut down)

After countless hours scouring the interwebs, I found only one thing that worked - which was the updated answer in this [post|416426].

When I disconnect the battery, hold the power button for 5 seconds and plug the magsafe in, I get the fan to spin but the mac doesnt chime or boot and the magsafe light is not on. I plug the battery back in and the magsafe light is on but still no power. I checked all the chips I saw someone else do on youtube with a multi-meter and everything seems to check out. I’m at a lose and hope I dont need a new logicboard.. since they run around $140 and that puts me at a slight loss if I fix it to resell it.

Just trying to see if anyone has any other ideas before I just take the loss and sell it as a parts machine or part it out myself. Thanks for any info and hope you all are staying safe!
