HI Im new to fixing electronics so knowledge limited. My Samsung TV powers up however it will not come off standby mode. The powerboard fault light is flashing twice, which indicates VG.fault. Th e voltage meter reads 14.1 however it ought to be 15. would this cause the VG fault or something else. all,the capacitors appear fine no bulging. can anyone help?
