Have you tried connecting an external monitor and checked if the problem shows on there as well? Even a TV can be used as an external monitor if it has HDMI inputs and you have an appropriate cable to connect the two together.Press F10 to toggle between the two displays.

Have you checked the display settings, you didn’t say? Right click on the Windows desktop and click ''Display settings'' and check if altering any makes a difference
