Did you check all the other fuses? I believe Andrew Paul on YouTube has a video about checking the fuses on this.
The PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro Blu-ray drive assemblies are interchangeable.
The difference between if I remember correctly is the length of the ribbon cables which would require swapping them over.
The other component that may be faulty is the BD-Drive Controller Chip, there’s two of these kinds of chips one is replaceable and the other is not due to it being paired with the console.

+The original Blu-ray drive should be still good to re-use but you probably need to swap out the disc feed motor as that sometimes is blown at the same time the fuse blows.
