BIOS Password Reset On Toshiba Satellite Radius E45W-C4200X

I have a laptop that I am trying to help a family member get back into since they forgot their BIOS password (boot) but I can not locate the jumper pins to reset it.
I've also tried letting it sit off the power cord for a few days (no cmos battery and internal battery is dead), holding that down the shift key on boot, and using TOSHIBA/Toshiba/toshiba as an override password without any luck.
Am I missing something?
