Attached is a picture of the Sony Arc. Where I am pointing there is a short at this capacitor. (Bare with me if I say anything wrong, just started learning how to fault find) [br]

Phone is not showing any amp reading. Checked the charging port readings and it seems to be connecting to where it should be. This faulty capacitor seems to be on the same line as the charging port. [br]

What would you do from this point? What should I do with this capacitor? Should I change this or the charging ic?

Thank you. Any answers will help :)
